A. The North Carolina Pretreatment Consortium Meeting was called to order on October 13, 2005 by Sherry Bagwell chairman, at the Burlington Lake Mackintosh Club House at Burlington, N.C.

B. Members in Attendance were: Misty Conder, Gisele Comer, Amy Varinoski, Martie Groome, Scott Pickard, Jeff Isley, Eric Davis, David Hardin, Kyle Ketchum, Mike Hite, Glenn McGirt, Dale Deaton, Mae Lofton, Nicole Johnston, Jon van Hoff, Scott Austin, Chris Conner, Steven West, Stephen M. Haller, Stephanie Brixey, Larson Harsey, Michele Dawes, Bernadine Wardlaw, Tim Furr, Ralph Potter, Charles VanZandt, Monica Hayes, Cheryl Tilley, Sherry Bagwell, Burrell Brock, Angela Boswell, Jim Connolly, David Gardner, Gloria C. C. Minutes from Previous meeting were read and approved.

D. New Business
  1. Treasury: Report presented, and copies are available through Sherry Bagwell, John Gibson, Jimmy Pridgen and Gisele Comer.
  2. Scott Pickard and Martie Groome says THANK YOU to everyone that help assist with the conference in August.
  3. A post conference meeting will be held in December.
  4. Industry Day was a great success with 110 attending. Would like another workshop, which would include topics of permitting and surcharges.

  6. Connie Brower- WQ STANDARDS-Triennial Review
  7. These presentations will be e-mailed to all members
  8. Next Meeting: December-- TBA
